This website is owned by Sexualalchemy.nos team. When you sign up for newsletter or buy services, we store data about you.

The data collected via newsletters and opt in sign up forms, is used for marketing on social media and to send out newsletters to you. Data collected through you buying a service alone, is only used to deliver the service, and to send you billings.

The informations is used solely for the purpose for which they are collected, and they are deleted when the purpose is met or no longer relevant.

TERMS:

1. GENERAL

Any delivery between the parties takes place on the basis of current general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

2. PAYMENT

Payment can be made with Paypal or Mastercard /Visa card. Payment must be made on online payment.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery is either via direct download after payment or by receiving an email from post@sexualalchemy.no. Purchases of sessions are binding. After the start of the retreat, no money is returned.

4. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not transfer information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail to any other party without the customer’s consent.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6. REFUNDS

Note: According to the “Law on Certain Consumer Agreements Section 17. 2 cf. § 9 paragraph. 2 No. 2a “Is the purchase of e-books, interpretations and sessions not covered by the right of withdrawal.

7. AGREEMENT CHANGE

Sexual Alchemy Team is entitled, at any time, to make changes to current terms and conditions with 30 days notice.

8. LAW AND VALUATION

The agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Any discrepancy between the parties will be settled by the Court in Oslo.
